The scenery feels more like rural Ireland or Scotland than Southeast Asia. Fly from Manila (1.5 hrs) via Skyjet or Cebu Pacific.

Fly MNL-LAO (Laoag) or take a 6-8 hr Victory Liner bus from Manila.

November to April — dry season with pleasant temperatures.
