🏝️ Philippines Travel

Do I need a visa to visit the Philippines?
Citizens of most countries (EU, UK, US, Australia, Singapore, etc.) get 30 days visa-free entry. You can extend at a local immigration office for up to 59 additional days. Always check the latest rules for your specific nationality.
What is the best time to visit the Philippines?
November to May is the dry season and best overall time. June to October is typhoon season — though southern islands like Siargao, Davao and Palawan are less affected. Boracay and Cebu are great year-round.
How do I get between the islands?
Domestic flights (Cebu Pacific, AirAsia, PAL) connect major islands. For shorter routes, ferries and speedboats are common — Cebu to Bohol, El Nido to Coron, etc. Use our ferry search or check 12Go.asia for schedules.
Is the Philippines safe for tourists?
The main tourist islands (Boracay, Siargao, Cebu, Palawan, Bohol) are safe and very welcoming. Filipinos are famously hospitable. Standard travel precautions apply — secure your valuables and check your government's travel advisories.
