Right to be Informed

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to Rectification

You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Right to Erasure

You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g., 7-year BIR requirement for transaction records).

Right to Data Portability

You may request your data in a structured, commonly used format.

Right to Object

You may object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing.

Right to Damages

You may claim damages if your rights under RA 10173 are violated.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that may pose risk to your rights and freedoms, PANA.PH will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of discovery, and notify affected individuals without undue delay. Notification will be sent to your registered email address.
