Haggle at souvenir/tiangge markets (Greenhills, Divisoria, Baclaran) and with trike drivers in tourist spots - start around 30-40% below the quote and settle in the middle, with a smile. Do NOT haggle in malls, supermarkets, carinderias or for fixed-price tours; those are set. Grab fares are app-fixed, and with metered taxis just insist on the meter.
