Grab is your best bet — book it in the app before you leave baggage claim. Expect roughly P250-500 to Makati and P350-600 to BGC depending on traffic and surge. Skip the white 'coupon' taxi touts at arrivals; they overcharge. The MIAA-accredited yellow airport taxis are fine too (flag-down P75 for the first 500m). Allow 45-90 min, longer in rush hour 5-8pm.
Did this last month — Grab worked great but during the evening surge it jumped to almost P700 to BGC, so I waited 20 min and it dropped back to about P400. If you land at Terminal 1 or 3 the Grab pickup bays are well signposted now. Cash or card both fine.
