Best months for Siargao if I'm NOT there to surf?
Want lagoons, island hopping and good weather, not waves.

March to May is the sweet spot for non-surfers - flatter seas, sunniest skies, and the Sugba Lagoon / Naked-Daku-Guyam island hop runs smooth (joiner tours ~₱1,500-2,000pp). Surf swell builds Aug-Nov, which also overlaps typhoon risk and choppier boat days. Heads up: Siargao's wettest, windiest stretch is actually Dec-Feb (Jan is the rainiest month), so skip those if you hate rain - even though that's 'dry season' in much of the country.

Did the island hop in April and it was glassy and stunning. One tip: Siargao's rain pattern is its own thing - it can be wet here while Palawan is bone dry. Don't assume 'dry season' = dry for Siargao specifically.
