Lucban

Lucban in Quezon is famous for two things: the Pahiyas Festival (every May 15, a riot of coloured rice decorations and food) and the best longganisa sausage in the country. It's a charming Spanish-colonial hill town near Mount Banahaw, 3 hours from Manila. Visit during Pahiyas for one of the Philippines' most photogenic fiestas.
