Bangui Wind Farm + Kapurpurawan Rock Formation Tour

Along a dramatic black-sand coastline north of Laoag, 40 steel giants rise from the surf — the Bangui Wind Farm, the Philippines' first wind power plant and one of its most photographed landmarks. Walking among the 70-metre turbines while the South China Sea crashes at your feet is genuinely awe-inspiring.
