Baker's Hill + Mitra's Ranch Countryside Tour

Baker's Hill is one of Puerto Princesa's most beloved local attractions — a whimsical garden built by a legendary local baker that has evolved into a colourful open-air theme park of larger-than-life statues, flowering gardens, and artisan shops. The main draw is the bakery itself, selling Palawan hopia (mung-bean pastry), tablea cacao tablets, and freshly baked banana bread that locals queue for every morning.

From Baker's Hill, the tour continues to Mitra's Ranch in Sta. Monica-Irawan, a 15-hectare farm once owned by a former Senate president. The hilltop affords some of Puerto Princesa's best panoramic views — rolling green fields, distant karst mountains, and on a clear day, the glimmer of Honda Bay.
