How to get to Dapitan

Getting around
Tricycles and jeepneys cover the twin cities; hire a tricycle or van for a day to combine the Rizal Shrine, Dakak and viewpoints. Boats run to Aliguay and Selinog for island days.

A 3-day Dapitan plan
Day 1: fly into Dipolog, settle, explore the historic city core and Relief Map. Day 2: the Rizal Shrine in the morning (allow a couple of hours), Dakak beach in the afternoon.
