El Nido to Coron Ferry + Island Hopping Combo
About this tour
The El Nido to Coron passage is one of Southeast Asia's greatest island-hopping journeys — a 240-kilometre route through the Calamian Islands that takes you past uninhabited atolls, shipwreck dive sites, and wildlife-rich bays that most tourists never see. This 2-day ferry combo breaks the journey into two half-days of sailing with full island stops en route, meaning you arrive in Coron having already explored three or four secret islands along the way.
Day 1 departs El Nido at dawn on a purpose-built double-deck ferry. The first island stop is typically Linapacan Island, home to some of the Philippines' clearest water — visibility here regularly exceeds 30 metres. After a beach lunch and snorkelling session, the ferry continues to a mid-route guesthouse or liveaboard for the night. Day 2 continues north through the Calamian Archipelago, stopping at smaller islands before arriving in Coron town by late afternoon, where you check into your hotel with the rest of the day free.
This combo is the most scenic and adventurous way to travel between El Nido and Coron — infinitely more rewarding than the 45-minute budget flight. Maximum group size is 20 passengers per boat.

About the area
The Calamian Islands stretch 240 kilometres north of El Nido across the Sulu Sea. Linapacan, one of the stops, has some of the highest water clarity in the world, attributed to the absence of major river runoff and a scarcity of tourist infrastructure. The region is sparsely populated and still largely undiscovered.
