Boracay Parasailing Over White Beach
About this tour
Parasailing in Boracay is a rite of passage for adrenaline seekers. Harnessed to a colourful parachute and towed by a speedboat, you are lifted silently 60 metres into the air above White Beach — high enough to see the entire island laid out below, the vivid turquoise gradient of the water shifting from shallow aquamarine to deep cobalt, and on clear days, the neighbouring islands of Panay and the distant mountains of the Visayas.
The tandem setup means you can bring a companion — friends, partners, or even kids above the minimum age fly together in the same harness, which makes for a shared memory that will last a lifetime. The ascent is smooth and surprisingly peaceful once the speedboat engine noise fades below. At peak altitude the silence is total. Your heart pounds but your mind quietens. Then the boat slows, the chute descends, and the crew dips your feet in the water if you opt for the "dip" landing — a cooling finale on a hot Boracay afternoon.
The entire process from beach briefing to landing takes about 20 minutes. No experience or fitness requirement. Minimum weight is 30 kg per person; maximum combined weight for tandem is 180 kg. The activity runs daily from 8 AM to 5 PM weather permitting. The best photos are taken by a dedicated spotter on the boat using a long lens — photos and videos are available to purchase. Booking in advance is strongly recommended from November to May as slots sell out by midday.
