Bohol Chocolate Hills Surprise Proposal Setup

The Chocolate Hills are one of the Philippines' most photographed landscapes — 1,268 symmetrical conical hills stretching to the horizon, a UNESCO nomination, and one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature nominees. As the backdrop for a marriage proposal, it is extraordinary: the scale of the hills, the surreal uniformity of the landscape, and the drama of the viewpoint make the moment feel genuinely cinematic.

The operator manages every logistical element while you simply enjoy the day as a normal couple. The proposal plan works as follows: you arrive at the Chocolate Hills viewpoint as if on a standard sightseeing visit. At the viewpoint, the operator has arranged a private area with a floral arrangement (fresh tropical flowers in your chosen colour, discreetly set up 30 minutes before your arrival), a chilled champagne in an ice bucket beside the flowers, and two crystal champagne flutes. The hidden photographer is already positioned above and to the side of the viewpoint with a 200mm telephoto lens — invisible to your partner, completely capturing the moment from multiple angles.

You position yourselves naturally at the viewpoint for the "tourist photo." The operator gives you a pre-agreed signal (a specific phrase said by the tour guide). You propose. The photographer captures the entire sequence from the reach-in-pocket moment to the embrace, the champagne, and the view. A video is also taken with a secondary camera. Within 24 hours, a lightly edited photo and video file is delivered to your phone. The champagne and floral arrangement remain for you to enjoy the view in private for as long as you want.
