These terms govern your use of Pana.ph. By browsing the site, creating an account or sending a trip enquiry, you agree to the terms below. We keep them plain and readable because travel should be simple.
1. About Pana.ph
Pana.ph is a Philippine-only travel marketplace. We list sample stays, flights and experiences in destinations across every Philippine region. Our catalog is illustrative: properties, ratings, policies and prices are sample data, and photos are travel inspiration. No live bookings or payments are processed on this platform.
2. Using the marketplace
You may browse the catalog without an account. Creating an account lets you save trips and track enquiries. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Stay hosts and tour operators may create agent accounts to publish offers and manage traveller requests. Hosts and operators agree to provide accurate offer information and to respond to enquiries in good faith. The Pana.ph team may hide or remove offers that are misleading or inappropriate.
3. Trip enquiries
Submitting a trip request creates an enquiry — not a booking. You receive a reference number and a confirmation email. Our team or a partner agent will contact you to finalise details. No payment is collected through Pana.ph until a booking is confirmed with a connected travel provider.
We limit enquiries to three per email address per 24 hours to prevent spam. Past-date requests are rejected, and hotel enquiries require a check-out date after the check-in.
4. Sample data and disclaimers
All offers, prices, ratings, reviews and policies shown on Pana.ph are sample data for demonstration. Photos are illustrative travel imagery, not actual property photographs. Availability, taxes and final policies require a connected travel provider. Pana.ph is not liable for discrepancies between sample data and actual bookings.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use.
- Do not use bots or scripts to scrape or overload the marketplace.
- Do not publish offensive, illegal or infringing content in offers or messages.
6. Accounts and termination
You may delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Trip-request history is preserved for record-keeping even after account deletion.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
