Best Hotels on Boracay White Beach: All Budgets Covered
White Beach on Boracay Island has been named one of the best beaches in the world by travel magazines, TV shows, and millions of visitors who walk its four-kilometre stretch of powdery white sand every year. It is lively, beautiful, and lined with accommodation options from humble guesthouses tucked in backstreets to five-star resorts with beachfront infinity pools.
After Boracay's famous environmental rehabilitation closure in 2018, the island returned better than ever — cleaner, better regulated, and more sustainable. This guide covers the best hotels on and near White Beach, organised by budget and location, so you can find your perfect Boracay base.
White Beach Zones: Station 1, 2, and 3
White Beach is divided into three informal zones called stations, each with a distinct character.
Station 1 (Northern End)
Station 1 is the quietest and most upscale section of White Beach. The sand here is the widest and most pristine, and the accommodation tends to be the most expensive. Families and couples celebrating special occasions gravitate to this end. The water is calm and crystal clear, ideal for swimming.
Station 2 (Central)
Station 2 is the heart of Boracay — the most social, most commercial, and most energetic section. D'Mall shopping centre is here, along with the island's best restaurants, bars, and tour operators. Mid-range hotels dominate, though a few budget and luxury properties are mixed in. If you want access to everything without sacrificing beach quality, Station 2 is the sweet spot.
Station 3 (Southern End)
Station 3 is the most backpacker-friendly end of White Beach, with the highest concentration of budget accommodation, local eateries, and smaller guesthouses. It is slightly further from the central action but still within easy walking distance. The sand and water quality are the same as the rest of White Beach.
Best Luxury Hotels on White Beach
Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay
Crimson Resort is one of Boracay's finest properties — a sprawling beachfront resort with multiple pools, a full-service spa, and the highest standard of rooms on the island. The beachfront suites have direct access to the sand, and the resort's stretch of beach is among the most beautiful on Station 1. Rates from 15,000 PHP per night.
Henann Prime Beach Resort
Henann Prime offers one of the best positions on Station 1 — prime beachfront with an enormous lagoon pool stretching alongside the beach. The rooms are large, modern, and well-appointed. The resort has three pools, multiple restaurants, and a level of service that justifies the price. Rates from 8,000 PHP per night.
Discovery Shores Boracay
Discovery Shores is consistently rated one of the top resorts in the Philippines. Its beach club atmosphere, signature pools, and stunning suites attract honeymooners and anniversary celebrants from across Asia. The spa is exceptional, and the beachfront restaurant Sands serves some of the best food on the island. Rates from 12,000 PHP per night.
Best Mid-Range Hotels on White Beach
Nigi Nigi Nu Noos Beach Resort
With its memorable name and strong reputation for value, Nigi Nigi Nu Noos is a perennial favourite at Station 2. Beachfront rooms with air conditioning from 4,000 PHP per night. The atmosphere is friendly and unpretentious, and the location gives you beach access with proximity to D'Mall's restaurants and shops.
Boracay Beach Resort
Boracay Beach Resort offers well-priced rooms at Station 2 with a beachfront location and a small pool. Rooms from 3,500 PHP per night. It is not the flashiest property on the island, but the value for money is excellent and repeat guests return every year.
Boracay Ocean Club Beach Resort
Located at Station 3, Ocean Club punches above its mid-range price point with a beachfront pool, a good restaurant, and clean, well-maintained rooms from 3,000 PHP per night. The Station 3 location means slightly lower prices than comparable Station 2 properties and a somewhat quieter atmosphere.
Best Budget Options on Boracay
Hey Jude Resort Hotel
Hey Jude is the most famous budget hotel on Boracay — a Station 3 institution with rooms from 1,800 PHP per night, a rooftop bar, and a social atmosphere that draws backpackers and budget-conscious couples alike. Not directly on the beach, but a short walk away. Book early during peak season.
Orchids Resort
Orchids Resort at Station 3 offers simple, clean rooms from 1,500 PHP per night in a quiet garden setting. It is a short walk to the beach and surrounded by local restaurants. No pool, no frills, but reliable and affordable in a destination where budget options can be surprisingly scarce.
Activities and Tours from White Beach
White Beach is lined with activity operators offering parasailing, kitesurfing, banana boat rides, cliff diving at Ariel's Point, island-hopping around Boracay, and snorkelling at Crocodile Island. Helmet diving and snuba diving let non-certified divers explore the underwater world. Most activities can be booked directly from the beach.
Bulabog Beach on the other side of the island is one of the world's top kitesurfing destinations — arrange lessons or rent equipment there. Boracay also has one of the Philippines' best golf courses and a zip line over the jungle interior.

Getting to Boracay
Fly to Caticlan Airport (Godofredo P. Ramos Airport) — the closest airport to Boracay, served by Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines from Manila (one hour). From Caticlan pier, a short banca ride takes you to Cagban port on Boracay (15 minutes). Alternatively, fly to Kalibo Airport, which is served by more airlines including budget carriers, then take a 90-minute bus to Caticlan. Kalibo is cheaper but adds travel time.
