     The famous beef shank soup at the market stalls — breakfast like a local.

   • 11:00 — Ridge coffee & tawilis

     Barako coffee overlooking the caldera, crispy tawilis when the catch is in.

   • 12:30 — Buko pie & pasalubong row

     Warm pie straight from the ovens along the highway, then pasalubong stops.
